My work is based upon the teachings of Swiss psychotherapist Carl Jung, who pioneered a theory of eight functions for how humans experience reality, that eventually inspired the MBTI. However, while that is a psychological assessment, it is detached from Jung's spiritual intention. Jung himself was an astrologist and occultist who was called one of the most influential hidden figures of the modern New Age.

His idea for the spiritual tool (that I'm now using) was that humans psychically reason via Feeling,Thinking, Sensing and Intuition in extroverted and introverted ways. I believe these cognitive functions that make up the 16 type patterns have correlations to astrological elements and the four tarot suits.
